About Pennekamp Elementary School

Welcome to the 2011-2012 school year and to our Pennekamp Elementary School website! We are extremely proud of our school and appreciate that you have taken the time to learn about our exceptional community. This website has been created to enhance the communication between school and home.

Our community of learners is made up of outstanding students, an expert and dedicated staff of caring professionals, active and involved parents and a supportive community. We are committed to working together toward the success of all of the children

At Pennekamp, our commitment is to provide a balanced educational program with a focus on the development of the whole child. We are an amazing school in every way, shape and form. Our instructional programs are innovative, goal oriented, and driven by an artful balance of academic rigor, technology, the arts, and fun. Our mission is to enlighten student minds, inspire their hearts, and strengthen their resolve to change the world.

Our staff takes pride in the personal, caring relationships that we develop with students and their families.  We realize that our work is only as strong as the partnership between school and home. Our collaborative and dynamic partnership allows us to capitalize on our collective talents so Pennekamp School will continue to flourish.
