Cultural Arts Assembly
The Chameleons

Our final cultural arts assembly was held on Friday, June 4th.

The Chameleons, a husband and wife mime team, performed to a packed house.

This was the first assembly attended by our kindergarten classrooms.

Audience participation was an integral part of the performance!

There was no shortage of volunteers.

The tug-of-war was a lot of fun and demonstrated the difference between mime and pantomime.

Everyone had a chance to see how difficult being a mime is!

The question and answer session was lively.  Everyone wanted to know how to make sitting on a chair look so real!  They found out how difficult it is!

Ask your child to mime the act of going down an escalator.

Thank you to the PTA for sponsoring our cultural arts events!
