Young at Art Exhibit 2004
May 27, 2004
Every student had artwork on display at Pennekamp's year end Young At Art Exhibit.

The "Modern Art" project was based on the works of artists like Paul Klee, Joan Miro, and Pablo Picasso.

Wolf Kahn's "Treescapes" project taught students about the use of warm and cool colors.

The Babylonian seal project required that students carve their own seals into bars of soap, and then create impressions of the image in clay.

"Off the Wall with Stella" was based on Frank Stella's three dimensional pieces.

Hokusai's "The Great Wave" was a chance to work with watercolors.

"Foil Buddies" gave students the chance to learn how to draw the human form and then work on a three dimensional figure in foil.
